Their manager Anne Is a terrible person. After repeated failed attempts to resolve a basic issue, it took filing a Texas Attorney General complaint to get a real response. Lack of transparency and accountability throughout—proceed with extreme caution.
Be very careful giving this gym your money. Membership signed 3/24 and canceled within 24 hours. Communication has been difficult and unresponsive. Complaint filed with the Texas Attorney General (TCP-036776).
Scam-like behavior. Canceled right away and they still charged me. Criminals!
This place is not good. The place smells like old must and doesnt feel safe for women. They even have life alert in preparation for an attack. RUN AWAY!!
