Wonderful facility where you can great a fantastic workout in without the hustle and bustle of a big box gym. The owner is great at responding to member needs and keeps the place looking spotless! Awesome selection of equipment that you normally might find in specialty gyms. Solid coaches and a friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Outstanding gym. The new owner and management—getting after it, big time. The place looks sharp, cleaner than ever, and well-organized. 24/7 access means no excuses—get in, get it done, any time. Great location, great people, great environment. Good vending machine options. Highly recommend.
