This place has most everything needed in a Fitness Center for a person who has experience with the different types of equipment and has already established a routine with a trainer or with internet instruction. When you first join they'll show you how to use the equipment but after that your best bet is to ask a knowledgeable looking member for help. Been here for 2 1/2 years, love this gym. Staff is very nice and welcoming. Clean gym, I like that there is a tanning bed
Decent place and could be better for the price.
Need to step it up n fix things.have someone there to take your complaint.
