TRIED CANCELLING IN PERSON OVER EMAIL & BY PHONE & AS A RESULT THEY ARE CHARGING ME A HIGHER AMOUNT CURRENTLY!! THE VOICEMAIL FROM PHONE IS FROM MEMORIAL DAY , EMAIL ACKNOWLEDGED REQUEST & WAS TOLD TO GO IN WHICH I WILL NOT DO AFTER ALREADY ASKING THE MEMBERSHIP TO BE CANCELLED TOWARDS THE END OF JULY !! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! To update on this I have now requested a signed contract and they will not provide it. Went there this weekend & after almost 25 years as a daily gym rat I will never return to anytime fitness. I have never seen a place so dirty. I heard the staff making fun of its members . I am appalled at what I was a witness too. If only I could give 0 stars !!

This place is dirty & the staff is rude . It is also about 400% the cost of most gyms. I would recomend people look into a private gym or look at planet fitness.
