To read a review that the trainers make fun of ppl I could actually believe it they do give off weird vibes here half the time & i guess if you don't know them personally or take a class or whatever they could be a bit stand offish. They made me feel as I was a bother to them a few occasions or just too good to speak after a few hellos esp as a frequent member so I just stand clear but I'm not sure why they would make fun of anyone there they are definitely nowhere near in shape if you ask me... TRIED CANCELLING IN PERSON OVER EMAIL & BY PHONE & AS A RESULT THEY ARE CHARGING ME A HIGHER AMOUNT CURRENTLY!! THE VOICEMAIL FROM PHONE IS FROM MEMORIAL DAY , EMAIL ACKNOWLEDGED REQUEST & WAS TOLD TO GO IN WHICH I WILL NOT DO AFTER ALREADY ASKING THE MEMBERSHIP TO BE CANCELLED TOWARDS THE END OF JULY !! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! To update on this I have now requested a signed contract and they will not provide it. Went there this weekend & after almost 25 years as a daily gym rat I will never return to anytime fitness. I have never seen a place so dirty. I heard the staff making fun of its members . I am appalled at what I was a witness too. If only I could give 0 stars !!

This place is dirty & the staff is rude . It is also about 400% the cost of most gyms. I would recomend people look into a private gym or look at planet fitness.
