Holli did an excellent job on my first day here. She took the time to give me a thorough tour of the gym, explained everything clearly, and helped me get signed up with no pressure. Her positive attitude and professionalism made the experience really enjoyable. She will go above & beyond to make sure you are satisfied. What a remarkable asset she is to the AF team! Hello, My name is Nowel Yousif, and I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the disrespectful and unprofessional conduct I have experienced from the Anytime Fitness staff (specifically Holli and Lisette) at the Rancho San Diego location. I will never take my clean sanitized and organized gym for granted ever again. The other anytime fitness facilities could never, temporarily working out in the Corona facility and they do not come close. You can tell the bathrooms and the machines do not get cleaned or maintenance very often there it’s very gross, but every time I’m at this specific location I see the cleaning people at LEAST 3x a week. Love that, love this gym, miss yall, I will be back ✨
