Leela is terrific! She’s been my trainer for years, and yet, she makes every class a new experience. Never boring. She’s helped me recover from surgeries, pushing just far enough. If you have the chance to work with Leela, just do it!
Leela was my trainer for many years both at Lady Lake and Summerfield. I have moved away now and do miss her expertise and training.
Really grateful to have Leela as my trainer. She adapts my workouts to accommodate my specific issues of the day: knees, back , etc. my workouts have kept me out of surgery!!!
