I just moved here. Went to the gym and spoke with the manager 3 times. Very nice guy! I tried to hire a personal trainer. The manager told me someone would call me that day. I tried 3 times over 2 weeks. No one called me back. Advised the manager on the last attempt if I didn't get a call back I was going elsewhere. He just said ok. No effort to resolve the issue or provide an explanation. Im now at a different gym with a personal trainer and I am happy.
Great gym!
I like the gym but honestly if I’m paying $30 every two weeks for a membership, I expect the gym to not be so hot while working out. Stop being cheap!
