Dirty. Management fails to fix equipment or clean the facility daily. Increase prices but nothing has improved or changed for the customer.
I’ve been to many gyms and this one is by far the cleanest! Everything was organized to the T! And I’m talking this was a Saturday! Clean as a whistle! Crew is very kind and the clientele there is amazing!
Don’t get a membership here! Called to cancel membership a couple of months. Couldn’t reach local Anytime Fitness so called the 800 number for them. Woman I talked to was very rude and didn’t seem to want to help me at all. Told me I had to deal with local club to cancel membership and hung up. After numerous attempts I finally talked to a man at the local AF. Said had to finish out membership but canceled so it wouldn’t automatically renew. Absolutely awful experience with this gym. Customer service is non existent. Canceling your membership is nearly impossible. I cancelled over a month ago and I’m still receiving emails and calls requesting more money. Do not waste your time with this gym!!!
