I usually reserve reviews for standout experiences—good or bad—but after this, I feel compelled to share. For the past nine months, this gym has been withdrawing money from my account for someone else’s membership. Not a billing error. Not a misunderstanding. Just taking my money. Marqwan was super helpful and made it easy for me to tour the gym, go through the enrollment process and answered any questions I had! Very excited to join the gym and find a good community here.

I believe anytime fitness is in violation of the FTC’s new “click to cancel” policy. I had to reach out to a third party just to find out a 30 day notice was required to cancel my membership. I’m now being charged two more billing cycles for a service I cannot use. This process should be as easy as it was to sign up and it’s a shame anytime fitness is not acting on this new policy. Besides that it’s a great gym just don’t get caught paying for services you can no longer use.
