This club has easily become my favorite place to workout. It is clean, the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is light and positive.
Apart from the smell, for obvious reasons- Brampton, the machines are so close that a person walking between might hit you or the arms of the machine moving. Not to metion it does amplify the smell if the person is working out next to you. I drive extra 10 kms to be in Orangeville instead. Also the machines are not upto the mark compared to other locations.

Best gym in Brampton, proud to call it my home gym. Akash, Tamanna and Rohit all do an excellent job at keeping this gym well maintained and spotless. Please keep up the great work.
Im from Singapore and on holiday here for 2 weeks and since im a member of AF, its quite convenient as I dont have to pay for any temporary gym membership. This AF is by far the biggest I've been to. Overall its awesome!!!
