zach was very helpful when we had to cancel our membership. seemed to be a great gym for the short time we were members
Great experience getting a day pass. Highly recommend
Nice place, Zach is mostly friendly & communicative. Just be sure to text him if bringing in a non-member or someone from a different location. The location is spacious and safe (Crestwood Police are always nearby). The main negative is that him & his wife bought this place during Covid & the screens are pretty much ruined because they were sprayed with bleach. Also, the treadmills are very old & outdated. Fix those issues, I’ll throw you a 5 star review.
