Such a poor customer service. They try to charge you even after the membership cancellation and the customer service is very bad. They never answer the calls and do not help with anything.

Had major credit card problems/charges with this gym. Found out - just call your credit card company and have them directly dispute the charges with the company that does the billing for this gym which is a different company than the gym itself. The owner is very nice however she can only so do much since the franchise company uses a separate company for billing. I am still dealing with the credit card company.

Please do not join this gym.Especially st.catharines location. If you wanna save money, go to another gym. They give you headache. Their cancellation policy was very very 👎 bad. I have so many reason.

Please don't be a fool , stay away from this Gym , run away, please don’t make that stupid mistake and be member at Anytime Fitness location, you will regret up to you guys

Overall price for a small gym. More of the bigger Gyms like fit4less World Gym And Planet Fitness are much Bigger and better for cheaper.
