If I could give zero stars, I would. I obtained an open membership at this location as I did not know how long I would be in town. I was advised at the time that that meant the membership could be ended at no cost to me. When I did cancel the membership, they proceeded to continue to charge well after a month had passed. I literally had to call my bank and get a whole new card to avoid charges from these people. Extremely Disappointed with Anytime Fitness I cancelled my membership with Anytime Fitness, followed all their procedures, and yet they continue to charge me. I've contacted them multiple times with no resolution. This is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to keep charging people after they leave. Such a poor customer service. They try to charge you even after the membership cancellation and the customer service is very bad. They never answer the calls and do not help with anything.

Had major credit card problems/charges with this gym. Found out - just call your credit card company and have them directly dispute the charges with the company that does the billing for this gym which is a different company than the gym itself. The owner is very nice however she can only so do much since the franchise company uses a separate company for billing. I am still dealing with the credit card company.
