the person who has the ability to freeze my account hasn't been able to contact me for over two weeks. I haven't been in MN for two weeks now and was told by a worker she would call and contact me multiple times. I have had money taken from my account when I made them aware I wasn't going to be in the state for a couple months due to a family emergency. So now I'm going to switch banks, just to avoid these thieves . I was also told I would be signed up for 21.99 only to find out they signed me up for 24.99. pretty silly how ... read more
