I would like to share feedback about an interaction I had with staff member Nikoleta leraj during my recent visit. I am an active member, and my card worked properly when I scanned it. There was no issue with my access. I am a paying member and using the gym facility from long time. However, she repeatedly asked me to scan my card several times and continued to question my entry.
