Karen was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was willing to see me right away when I called for a tour, which I really appreciated. She took her time showing me around the gym, explained everything in detail, and made the entire membership process smooth and stress-free. She is so friendly and easy to talk to — it honestly felt like I had known her forever. The gym is great! This review is solely about the managers poor behavior during my customer experience. She seriously needs some retraining. If you’re signing up for this gym please keep in mind that you are going to sign a contract that you won’t have a chance to read and you’ll be locked into it for a year. If you wish to cancel it you won’t be able to unless you’re moving somewhere 20 miles away from the gym and IF the management wants to cancel your membership.
