Biggest scam of a gym membership I’ve ever seen. I Don’t move for the next 2 months. No time for the gym. Just aimlessly paying trainers and staff. Good one. Nice new news for the amazing gym. Freezed our memeberships cause we’re moved to Alaska and just randomly got charged 42 bucks for no reason. Keep it up.
They keep charging me for the small group traing even tho i have NEVER even gone...i have told them I want it canceled but they keep taking almost $100 from me

I asked about getting out of the rest of my personal training contract (7 bi-weekly payments) due to unforeseen medical bills, which I was willing to provide my statements. I'm a single mom of 3, my youngest has special needs and is disabled. I cannot afford these sessions anymore and they refuse to let me get out of the contract. Which makes no sense to me since they have not provided these sessions to me yet, so they aren't out any money. I also live over 30 minutes to the closest gym.
