Whoever is the girl that is not Hannah is super rude. The other day I came in to ask a simple question and she made Hannah stop cleaning (which she is always doing) to help me, while this blonde girl was doing nothing but be on her phone. She didn't even say hello to me. Whoever she is, someone needs to talk to her about customer service

Extremely disappointed on how I was treated at this location. The lack of information and communication the Owner Yousef provides to his manager Hannah is extremely poor. I was there 2 weeks ago to sign up with my insurance and I was given a key fob but today Hannah informed me that Yousef (the owner) Just decided to change the rules and now wants to charge a one time fee( refundable if I cancel which I won’t) of $49 for the key fob that I already have! I’ve been coming to this gym for a few years and recently noticed a huge improvement. I had left feedback before about things like cleanliness and towels not being restocked—but I said it out of care, hoping to see the place thrive. And wow, it really has! Rena was such an amazing manager and trainer—she kept the place in great shape . You could really feel the care she put into keeping things running smoothly.
