Just attended my 1st stretch class with Liv. I'm about to turn 73, many joint issues and it was amazing. I didn't realize how tight my body was, but afterwards I could really relax. I can't wait for the next class, and to actually become a member.

I’ve been a AT member for over a decade. Been too many different AT’s over that span of time. I started becoming a regular at this location because of the location of my partner. Went in today to find out that since this is now my “home gym” because of the repetition of going to this one rather than my home gym I am no longer able to go because the owner does not participate in insurance memberships. It now causes me a huge inconvenience of traveling 20mins to the nearest location rather than 3mins. Whole purpose of having a... read more
