Dealing with them has been nothing short of amazing! I'm a loyal member who appreciate the variety, cleanliness, and value that this Vaughan location provides. I've recently tried out their new tricep machine and its killerr!!
Amazing gym and newly renovated!
I have been going to this gym for 2 years, and I regret to say that the quality of this gym deteriated so much. Dirty bath room, dirty and dusty air vents, and two running machines are broken for months and never got fixed. I do not recommend this gym.
I asked this gym to cancel my membership back in October, but they never cancelled it and kept charging me every month. Their management is honestly the worst I’ve dealt with, they don’t respond to messages, don’t take responsibility, and completely ignore cancellation requests. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this gym to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that actually respects its members
Amazing gym, never crowded and lots of equipment, very affordable.
