I've been looking for a gym for a while that met my goals and after I met with Anni, the new manager, and saw how she changed the place I new it was the right choice! She was professional, kind, and listened to me. You can tell she cares about the members, environment, and the gym. If you are looking for a new gym come here.
Great equipment selection and excellent employees, everyone is welcome. Floors have been updated and equipment arrange better for easier access.
I was a loyal AF member for 3 years, and when Natalia managed the gym it was fantastic—she cared about members and handled everything professionally. Since she left, the experience has been awful. After a job loss, my membership was frozen for 3 months, instead of canceling. During that time my card expired, and when I updated it via phone, I was pressured into giving my bank account/routing info “as backup.” I was told billing would resume normally, yet I was bombarded with texts, emails, and even calls claiming my payment ... read more
