This gym is honestly embarrassing in the way they treat their members. No respect, when u walk inside they rarely give a hello. When you try to have a conversation it’s honestly disgusting and they treat you with disrespect. Don’t get a membership at anytime fitness go anywhere else 😂😂it was never personal it’s strictly business and I am in the system don’t lie
Customer service here is terrible. Shawna at the front desk should not be allowed to work here. Brutal, ruined my workout
Absolutely terrible customer service. The staff here are consistently unhelpful and dismissive, acting like your questions or concerns are a burden. On multiple occasions, I was met with impatience and rudeness when trying to get basic information about membership options or facility rules. It feels like they care more about collecting money than actually supporting members. I wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone who expects even a minimal level of professionalism or courtesy.
In my opinion, the customer service here is unbelievably bad. The staff act like helping members is optional and basic questions are a personal inconvenience. Zero energy, zero effort, zero professionalism. Every interaction felt like I was interrupting their day. If you want a gym where the staff actually care, this is not the place.
