Spent my summer at this gym and I’m glad we’re moving! So, besides the dysfunctional equipment, poor etiquette from other gym goers, everything that everyone else has mentioned about this location. The bathrooms are some of the worst bathrooms I’ve come across, there’s black mold growing on the shower curtains, the showers themselves have never been cleaned! I recently had a surgery that cannot allow me to use the gym and I called to freeze my account on September 27th, 10:40am. I don’t know who I spoke with. But the lady told me I cannot freeze my account even with my condition and the best thing I can do it cancel my membership which they will need to a month to process. Update: I was there at the beginning of July and they had a treadmill that was out of service.....two months later it's still not working....plus another one is down.... ========= I've visited this location several times and it's hit and miss. • Sometimes there are just enough cloths and cleaning bottles available to clean the workout equipment • There at least 3-4 gym machines that have been broken and awaiting parts for almost a year. • Staff, although friendly, tend to be in the office and on their phones I’m not sure if ... read more
