The "new" gym looks amazing. Not only is there a ton of new equipment, they've added extra stations of the more popular machines and the treadmills are particularly impressive. It's a shame that some reviews here are so critical, lowering the overall google score. I hope some of these reveiwers return and have the chance to update their opinions. Leaving a one-star review (that may have prompted the renovations, who knows) that no longer reflects this location seems unfair. Anyway, good job Anytime Fitness!

The updates to the gym are amazing. The addition of the new cable stations is the best add on they could have done in terms of equipment. The lighting, the floors, the washrooms and the overall vibe is stellar. Beautiful work C and R!!

The Cobourg location has just completed an extensive renovation of the entire facility. There were no costs spared in providing its members with 4 beautifully updated washrooms that exude cleanliness! The entire gym area was renovated with a thoughtful layout. There has been the addition of multiple new pieces of high end equipment / machines. There is a very cohesive flow to the equipment layout. Newley renovated, this has to be the best gym in Northumberland!!! My wife and I visited after it recently reopened and instantly loved it. The owners are awesome, its got thee best equipment selection and pretty much everything is revamped / new (as of Sept 4th 2025)! Highly recommended!
