Awesome place to get a good workout
Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I went in to cancel my membership and was met with rudeness and condescension. The rep kept cutting me off while I was trying to speak through my stutter — completely disrespectful and humiliating. And surprise, surprise — I’m not the only one. Tons of reviews say canceling is a nightmare here, and the filthy bathrooms really tie the whole experience together.
