Staff is friendly, and the facility is clean.
I signed up for a free trial online (see image). When I came in, the owner greeted me and was nice. I said I was there for the free trial and she said "oh we don't do that anymore, we apply a credit to your membership instead". So she still charged me for my first visit and hoped I would sign up for a long term membership... that just feels wrong. $20 is steep for a drop-in visit, and the memberships are around $60/month plus set up fees with a term commitment. Condescending staff, came in to ask a question, did not appreciate the way I was spoken to.
