There was an issue getting into the gym twice now, and staff had told me that my membership ended up getting linked with another person. I ended up going to resolve it last week but once again the access was taken away and I can’t get in. I’m not sure why the staff doesn’t do anything about it. Like I pay for the membership and I can’t even have access to get in. It’s basically like getting ripped off. I wish I could give negative 5 stars. I don't go to this gym at all. They have been charging my cc on autopay for years. I never utter a word. Yesterday, I told the girl over the phone that I don't live around here and that I'm canceling my membership. Still, they charged my cc by saying we need one last payment. Greedy gym. They just want your money even if you leave their gym. No wonder they are losing so many members.
