Very good location. Small, comfortable and very friendly. Also have a FANTASTIC trainer in Enoch! Keeps me motivated, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the workouts. Keeps me coming back to the gym.
I have recently signed up with anytimefitness and as the current location I signed up is undergoing construction my first visit was at this location as I went after work hours and left my water bottle at home i seen that you could buy a water bottle and fill out a slip easy and they will charge your account. As the membership I have is for all locations the communication for the merch only being available for strictly members that are with this location Was not communicated properly. recently signed up for a membership, and i was informed that, while our home location is still under construction, I have full access to all gym locations. During a recent visit to the Stoney Creek gym, I noticed water bottles at the front with a sign indicating that members may take one and their accounts would be charged accordingly, provided they leave their names.
