Great gym that's on the smaller side. Amazing customer service from Tracy and Tammy, and phenomenal fitness advice from my trainer, Natalie. The only thing missing is a horizontal leg press machine. Given the high proportion of senior members who go to this gym, its absence is surprising and creates an accessibility gap. Once that’s added, it’s an easy 5 stars from me!
This gym is a lovely small gym, the personal couches and staff are very friendly. The bathrooms are always clean. Lisa is the best. The gym equipment is clean. Even is a pretty cool guy. Pretty nice chill environment, it is a quiet place to workout.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS GYM AND THE STAFF WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO WANTS A GYM THATS NOT JUST TO FEEL BETTER AND LOOK BETTER BUT TO HAVE A FAMILY THAT SUPPORTS EVERYTHING YOU DO!!!! Lisa at the front is phenomenal very welcoming and is always up for a chat, my trainer Natalie absolutely fantastic would recommend these two beautiful ladies any day of the week! Edit: Tammy at anytime is the definition of girl boss and she is the reason I came back to this gym forever grateful for all you do!!!#AFfamily
