Great gym, smaller sized but it has all the equipment that is needed. Plenty of cardio machines, free weights, cables, machines - and it is never crowded that it would affect my workout. I went there between 6am and 8pm and always had a good session. No frills that unnecessarily jack up the monthly fee (such as swimming pool, sauna, courses etc.), so you really pay for what you use. Jules the manager does a fantastic job running that place, the atmosphere is great and there are no "gym creeps".
I’ve been going to this gym for a year now, and I only wish I’d joined sooner. Jules, who manages the gym, is incredibly friendly and always helpful. From the start, she guided me with personal training, and both Sam and Kayla, the personal trainers, are fantastic. I highly recommend this gym!”
Great local gym that makes working out easy. It's not too big and never too busy. The equipment you need is always available. The manager Jules is so accommodating and pleasant to deal with and creates a positive vibe in the gym.
