Moved to Bolton in 2022 and have trained and even ran my own gym(s) in the past, Have been training, personal training and coaching for 36 years. I will say that I do love training every morning from 6:30 - 8:30 daily. Members are great, Staff is great as they say hello to me every morning. Facility does just the job for what I need for myself. - keep up the great work.
Amazing gym they have all the workout equipment your looking for and of course a great staff.
