Terrible gym I would lot recommend to anyone if you want a good gym to go, the staff is what makes the experience terrible especially the owner. Fit4less opening near by Victoria hospital cheaper and you won’t get disrespect

I'm here for a visit and had lost my access fob, and my app wasn't working correctly. The staff at AF were awesome and helped me get checked in to the club. They also helped in getting my app working for me. Great energy and a competent team at King George Road facility! Thanks for the great experience!
The worst gym experience ever! Their membership policy is a complete trap — once you sign up, there’s no way out, even if you’re unhappy with the service or have personal reasons to cancel. The trainer meets you only on the first day, and after that, you’re left with random substitute who is rude and will never answer your queries properly. It’s been nothing but disappointment and frustration!!!
