I have had the pleasure to work with Erin, the manager, one on one in personal training sessions and she has worked wonders. I was very intimidated by the equipments and even where to begin, by working with her I am making huge strides in my strength training and comfortability. 10/10 would recommend
This is by far my favorite gym in Shawnee and I’ve tried them all this gym is clean and well maintained, Erin the owner is amazing and the other gym members are all so kind. This gym has everything you need plus a sauna!
Nice red light sauna and stair master!
Erin was incredibly kind, welcoming and supportive for us as visitors from out of state. She helped us through some technical issues with our membership and waived our guest fee. Would recommend this gym to anyone!
