My review is not reflecting Hiver River location but the whole organization in general. Received an email that my CC is expiring soon. NO link included in the email for a quick card update. Told to get an Application this and that! Got an App, very confusing and no tab to CC update page. Trying just to update my credit card info. NO LUCK. Just talking to a machine. You need to be a computer expert. No live soul available! Please get someone with common sense to redesign your online system!!

Clean, professional, and friendly atmosphere. The manager Talise does a fantastic job and it makes the whole experience better.

I love this gym! Everything is always in tip top shape, and Talise does an amazing job with cleanliness and organizing the space. She creates a very welcoming and positive environment and always handles all member interactions with the upmost care. AF High River is lucky to have her!!

One Star I had a really disappointing experience at Anytime Fitness in High River. My boyfriend who is a member invited me to come check out the gym and see if a guest pass was possible. Unfortunately, the manager was completely unreasonable and flat-out refused, he asked to pay for the visitors pass. It left a bad impression right from the start.
