I have the membership and I scanned to enter the door. I was leaving and the owner followed me and asked me if I have the membership and I said yes and he asked me what is your home club like he was almost sure that I did not have the membership. He was targeting me like I was a shoplifter. Yes, it was his first time seeing me because I usually use other clubs in ottawa and he told me that the door lock was not working so he had some reasonable suspicions but it was not a great experience in my perspective.

Great gym and staff. While smaller than other locations, it has all of the machines needed for a great workout just not all of the extras (red light therapy ) . The App makes it easy to see how many people are currently at the gym. I have never waited for a machine. Location is always clean. As a woman , I always feel safe going anytime of day / night. Great place to train exercice loose weight cardio wash shower facilities no pool but hey the price is unbeatable get your own pool! N save $$$$ stay here it's 24/24 you can never beat this time !!!♥️
