The gym is busy for its size, and competition for equipment is fierce
No complaints, it’s close to home. Clean and I feel they take clients feedback and try to improve the place where they can. Unfortunately they can’t do much about clients that refuse to wear deodorant
Very poor customer service. I never used this gym even for one day. I asked to cancel my membership when they called me, and then I was out of the country for several months. Now I received a message saying I owe $896. I called the gym again, and they gave me the manager’s email, but nobody replied. I am very disappointed. I hope they review my case and help resolve this issue instead of ignoring customers.
