I had one of the worst experiences with this gym. I put my membership on hold, and they clearly told me that only ONE payment would be deducted and adjusted when I unfreeze my account. Instead, they went ahead and charged me again while my membership was frozen. This is completely unprofessional, dishonest, and shows zero respect for their customers. Can’t recommend this gym enough! It’s been such an incredible part of my journey, and the difference it’s made for me is unreal. The staff are always so pleasant, welcoming, and genuinely supportive every time I walk through the door. And the manager? Absolute star – goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable, encouraged, and on track with their goals. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares about its members, this is it!
