I had my appointment today and I couldn’t be more impressed. Jen was absolutely wonderful—warm, welcoming, and deeply attentive to my needs and circumstances. Her smile truly lit up the room and her energy was so positive and uplifting. She brought a wealth of knowledge to the session and was incredibly thorough, making sure every exercise was done with proper form and care. Having had major surgery in the last year, I faithfully followed all the medical professionals advice for recovery (with a degree of success), but eventually plateaued.
