Great gym. Clean facility, solid equipment, and the 24/7 access makes it easy to train around any schedule. Amazing atmosphere, everyone minds their own business and gets their work in. Highly recommend if you're in the Langley area.
Awesome gym with everything you need and more. The equipment and facility are great, but the recovery area really sets this place apart. Having a sauna and cold plunge right at the gym is a game changer. perfect for getting a solid workout in and then recovering and resetting afterward. Great atmosphere, great equipment, amazing staff and top-notch amenities. If you’re not hitting the cold plunge and sauna, you’re missing out! Highly recommend.
Been taking my wife and some friends to this location at night. But recently this new guy working there told me that Drop in is restricted at midnight. I was pretty choked about it. This new guy on the nightshift I encountered on labor day ,I'm definitely not fond of him at all. The previous staff was very friendly and APPROACHABLE.
