All the trainers at this centre are fantastic professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping you reach your goals. I’ve had great experiences with everyone, but I want to highlight Kyle, who consistently goes above and beyond. He’s patient, encouraging, and always tailors each session to what I need. You can tell he truly cares about your progress. Highly recommend!
Great Gym & Excellent Staff! Anytime Fitness South Surrey has been a great experience so far after moving to the area and trying it out. The gym is clean, well-organized, and offers a wide variety of equipment for all types of workouts. Shayne, along with his team :Jenna, Samantha, and Gabby, provided excellent service and were great help in welcoming to the gym! Overall, highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality fitness facility in the area!!
Good location friendly staff
Approximately 5 minutes after my arrival, a bald headed staff member (white male) approached my wife and I. He falsely accused us of not scanning in without checking his system first. I suggest that your staff verify facts before confronting members with baseless accusations. He didn't even try to apologize or say it was his mistake. As paying members, I expect a higher standard of professionalism. I've never experienced this type of badgering at any other locations.
