Nothing but stress since joining. So many frustrations but my main issue is that money was randomly taken out by them when there was no reason for it. Also I had gotten a refund because when I signed the contract, I didn't realize it was bi-weekly and they changed it to monthly because I asked, and so the first payment for the month had gotten made and then two weeks later, the full amount for the month was taken out, so I had gotten refunded for that first week... and then they took it out of my account again, and on a rand... read more

I had a membership here I then cancelled it and then they continued to charge me for months after. Then denied ever having the conversation about cancelling it and sent me to collections for the months they charged me for. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Been going here for awhile and decided to start getting some personal training. Jake is an amazing coach, pushes me in ways I’ve never pushed myself, with half the weight I would normally grab. He’s motivating, personable and just awesome to be around! 10/10 recommend him for training. My last 2 sessions zach has been there with us and these 2 together, feel like I’ve known them for years. They’re definitely for the boys and hella motivating.
