Very poor experience with Anytime Fitness (Esterhazy). I canceled my personal training, but was still charged for two sessions, plus one canceled by the coach. No refund was provided, and staff took no responsibility. Not recommended.
If you want to live longer, feel better, and move easier go to Anytime Fitness in Esterhazy. The coaches are knowledgeable, caring, and ready to make modifications for people at all levels of fitness. The atmosphere is friendly, the space is clean and you feel like family. A real perk is with your membership you have 24/7 access and can go to any Anytime Fitness anywhere in the world. It’s my second home. 💜💜
The owner only cares about money. My subscription ended, yet they still withdrew the service fee. They claimed it was due to a policy violation, but they took money from my account without any prior notice. I only received a message about the violation after I asked for an explanation. I never received any email or notification beforehand. I had to check my account to realize the money was withdrawn, and only when I questioned them did they send a brief message.
