Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this gym. I’ve had very bad experiences with staff. They seem nice but they actually have 0 power to change or alter your account in anyway. They will just give you an 800 number to call. Typical.
Terrible experience. The contract they make you sign is like their way of keeping you in debt. Even if you move or can't pay any longer if you ask them to cancel it they say they try to tell you oh contact a different customer support team. Do not go to this gym.
I wouldn’t recommend signing up for a membership & if you do read the fine print. You’ll find thousands of people online who have had such difficulty canceling membership & they will try to overcharge you hidden fees if you want to cancel then sell it to collections. I suggest supporting a smaller gym.
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I am moving and have no gym where I will be living. After multiple emails of them asking me for proof of moving to cancel my membership they are trying to get another 150$ out of me. This company is evil and put people into debt and keep negatively drawing their account. Save money and go elsewhere.
