Hardly any staff is ever working. There’s been the same toe nail floating around for months & now broken machinery that’s just not getting fixed & god forbid someone be working so you can report it.
Was nearly impossible to sign up; they never answered the phone and wouldn’t answer the door when I knocked. Ended up finally signing up, and had to terminate early due to moving. As many gyms, again, nearly impossible to cancel my membership and they charge you obscene amounts of money to cancel early. Literally theft. Don’t support this company.
This Alliston location has been wonderful thus far. All of the staff I have encountered from Dan to Chantal and as of today Maddi … professional, respectful and supportive of my intentions and plans for Anytime Fitness. Thank you 🙏
