Hey this is a great gymn that is really friendly and kind . Kevin , manager, has a great personality , friendly , good with people , has a great way to encourage is very kind and very helpful n experienced. Always ready to answer any question. Akash is a great trainer, patient, understanding, experienced and knows how to push you to the limit but not over. He s great with people. Friendly and kind . I have been to many gyms over my lifetime, and I have to say I feel the most comfortable at AF in Elmira. They have a wide selection of equipment, I rarely have to wait for a machine, and the place is always clean. The new guy Kevin is super friendly and always ready to offer help. It's great to walk into the place and be greeted by "Hi Greg" every time I show up. That kind of personal touch makes a difference. I recommend.

I can’t say enough great things about this gym! The equipment is great, always clean, and well-maintained. There’s enough space, so I never feel crowded, even during peak hours. The atmosphere is nice, quiet and good for a serious workout! If you’re looking for a gym that has everything—great vibes, excellent equipment, and a supportive community—this is the place. Highly recommend!
