I would not recommend doing business with Anytime Fitness Fergus. The customer service is non-existent and cancelling a membership has been impossible. I signed up at a different location (Elmira) and my account was unknowingly transferred to the Fergus location. When I signed up in Elmira, their employees told me my cancellation fee was one month’s notice. Months later, I tried to cancel in Elmira, but they told me I had to cancel “where I signed up” at the Fergus location. There, I was told the cancellation would cost $512... read more

Tried to call multiple times to sign up, and even went there during staffed hours never a staff member in sight. Signed up at the brantford one as I jump in between fergus and brantford, they always answer the phone and have someone avaliable to help, Blair the owner is terriable here. The only reason this is still here is that it's the only 24 hour gym in fergus. Once a another one come in I doubt it will stay. Machines are always broken or making weird noises. Incredible facility! Clean, clean, clean. Machines properly maintained. The staff is terrific!
