Clearly they don’t want new members. Messages left with no call back. Step it up, do better! Somewhere else will get my business.
I would not recommend doing business with Anytime Fitness Fergus. The customer service is non-existent and cancelling a membership has been impossible. I signed up at a different location (Elmira) and my account was unknowingly transferred to the Fergus location. When I signed up in Elmira, their employees told me my cancellation fee was one month’s notice.
