Love this gym! Love the community and the atmosphere and I'm happy to go here everyday and see familiar and supportive faces!!
We did have a 5 star review but then this happened. My son was signed up for the gym and has had numerous dislocations with his shoulder and was scheduled for an MRI for possible surgery. We provided a Dr's note to the gym as requested and they agreed to freeze the account but then started charging us again without warning when the Dr's note said it would have to be indefinitely on hold. They did not give me the option to cancel the membership. I tried asking for my money back, but they refused.
Very nice facility. Israel was amazing as well.
ABC financial is the worst to deal with. I enjoyed this gym but my god I’ve never seen such a poor choice of a payment processor, you can’t even update a credit card with the automated service and the humans “helping” are useless. 4 phone calls and 2 hours later they still can’t get my credit card bill updated. Get automated phone calls saying my account is overdue but I see the membership fee on the credit card. Don’t think it’s Anytime fitness’s fault think it’s the scam of a payment processing company they teamed up with.
