I've been a member at Anytime Fitness – Chaparral for over eight months now, and I continue to have a great experience. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making the gym an enjoyable place to work out. Everything is consistently clean and well maintained, and the equipment is always in excellent condition. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to fit workouts into my daily routine. Overall, it's a well-managed gym, and I'm very happy to continue being a member.

Was quite disappointed. I booked an appointment at 10 am for a tour at noon and signed up for a 1 day pass. I arrived and their doors are locked even during regular hours. I waited for someone to come to the door. He had no idea I had an appt. My tour lasted 5 mins because the gym is so small. The equipment was in good condition and had all the accessories you might need. For the size I think they had too many cardio machines. Tried to do some stretching on the turf area and because it was cramped I had people walking around... read more

I understand how contracts work but it was really unfortunate that when I explained my financial situation (just moved in somewhere so my girlfriend can have a place to raise our child) their response was “you should’ve known this was in your contract (a contract I signed back in 2019) I stopped going to the gym since 2023 and that’s my doing that I didn’t cancel a long time ago. Went with a member to try it.. at around 6.30pm the lady in the front desk charged 15$ saying theres no offer of try them for free.. very disappointed

I was part of this gym for 4 months, and I truly enjoyed my time there!! The gym is very clean and well equipped, with great weight and cardio areas. The 24/7 access is amazing, even on holidays. The managers and trainers are very friendly, kind and always willing to help whenever you need it. I met wonderful people who made me feel very welcome, especially since I was new in the city. I’m very grateful for the great experience and wish everyone who trains here the best in reaching their goals
