May sie was kind and very helpful
I signed up at Anytime Fitness Beaumont because I travel frequently for work, and I’m so glad I did! Macy was incredibly informative and thorough. She took the time to go through all the policies and the membership agreement with me, making sure I understood everything before I left the office. You can genuinely tell that she loves what she does and cares about her members. She was patient, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with everything. Excellent customer service!
First day and such a warm welcome, hats off to the staff for putting up with the best negative energy and communication.
Laura was a wealth of information
