I used to come to the gym while I was living in red deer had a great time very clean lot of equipment and very friendly people recently moved and realized I was still getting charged talk to Janine and she helped me out right away. Super easy to talk to and very useful thank you Janine.
Great gym with lots of equipment. Very clean & never too busy.
The gym is always clean and kept organized and if there is a challenge it’s rectified fast. After going to the gym for the last 18 months, The manager is amazing as she comes in to workout on her days off but her first priority is the gym making sure things are clean and stocked . late last week a trainer was working out as well and she saw things needed refilling and she went and took care of it! Absolutely terrible place to get a membership. You cancel your membership then they charge you for two extra months even tho you haven’t stew foot inside there gyms. Stealing money from people. Awesome way to do business. And then there customer service on the phone is terrible Anna is no help at all doesn’t even no how to operate her computer.
