I had a membership at the Taber Anytime Fitness, however, due to management being the same at Medicine Hat I feel as though this information is relevant: I had an active membership at the gym, and at one point they informed me they were unable to process my payment in Feb 2025 because they had lost my credit card information. I went into the gym in person and physically provided my card so they could re-enter it into their system. Despite this, they still claimed they were unable to process payments due to a system error. Excellent facility. Staff are friendly and helpful. The equipment is all in great working order, no complaints about anything at this location. Highly recommended!!!!
