I want to share a concerning experience I had at this gym so others can be aware. I was working out around 2 AM when there was only one other person in the gym. After finishing my workout, I went downstairs to the women’s washroom to shower. The other person followed me downstairs and attempted to enter the washroom with me. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend it. First of all, the place seems abandoned. There used to be a massage chair, and it’s gone. The water fountain on the first floor failed, then the second one also stopped working. Neither has been fixed for months. In a gym, that’s unacceptable. There’s no backup plan—no water jug left out and changed regularly. They left a note saying water bottles are in the office, but the office is always closed. Told this company that I had loss of job and could not afford to continue paying for the service use their gym maybe twice and a shower a handful of times they’re trying to say I owe $1000 in a short period of time. Very poor customer service I am considering a lawsuit against this company. Highly un recommended Not to mention, you can never get a hold of anybody in the office. I guess they’re too busy robbing people.

Clean, professional, and friendly atmosphere. The manager Jes does a fantastic job and it makes the whole experience better.
