Improved aesthetics of gym during the last few months are appreciated. Emily is friendly and welcoming. Nice to see an employee working to make our workout environment/experience more pleasant .

Absolutely appalling customer service. The staff member I dealt with (Emily) was rude, arrogant, dismissive, and openly mocking. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it. Instead, she took a photo of me and continued to mock me. It was one of the most unprofessional customer-service interactions I have ever experienced. As a business owner, if any of my employees treated a customer this way, I would fire them so fast their head would spin.
